Thank you for your interest in becoming a stockist at Devonmade. We have over 50 local makers and independent busiesses under one roof. We do not operate 'rent a shelf' system all items are stocked on a sale or return or wholesale basis. If you're looking to sell your items within the shop please fill out the form below. Stocking with Devonmade - T&Cs
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You, the stockist will be responsible for the following;
Understand that 40% commission will be taken from every sale.
Initial delivery of stock to Devonmade, 142 Torquay Road, Paignton and regular stock updates, at a minimum seasonally.
Ensuring your items are labelled correctly with the price – product list and prices sent over via email to be added to the till system.
Making sure you have up-to-date public liability insurance to cover your products and supply a copy of this.
Provide correct and up-to-date contact details for you, the stockist.
To give four weeks’ notice to terminate your contract to vacate your space.
To remove stock from Devonmade by the agreed date, unless alternative arrangements have been made, for example, arranged for stock to be posted back to the stockist.
All postage costs must be covered by you, the stockist.
Use your own social media accounts/ websites to promote your position in the shop.
We, Devonmade will be responsible for;
Recording all sales and uploading them to a spreadsheet which will be sent to you quarterly, unless requested.
Keeping a record of all sales and monies owed to the stockist.
Ensuring any money owed is paid to stockist by the 10th of each month.
Ensuring that the unit is safe and securely locked at the end of the day.
Marketing the shop on social media and website and ensuring that customers are able to browse the products with ease.
