Delivery Policy
Devonmade offers FREE UK shipping on all orders.
Delivery times are estimated, all orders have to be picked and processed by hand so these times may vary, particularly during busy times of the year.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct, as we will not take responsibility for any lost or undelivered item(s) if the address is incorrect.
UK delivery is 2-5 days.
Returns & Refunds
Returns Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To start a return, please email [email protected] If your return is accepted, I will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non returnable items
Please note that any personalised items are not eligable for a refund unless they are physically damaged or there is a spelling mistake made on my part.
Sale items are non refundable.
